Real Estate Investment is the most popular route to acquire Turkish Citizenship. A minimum of USD 400,000 investment in real estate is to be made anywhere in the country. real estate acquisition may be limited to a single property or include multiple properties.
Holding period for the property is 3years , however Citizenship is for life .
Option 2: Bank Deposit
Bank deposit of USD 500,000 in a bank operating in Turkey can be made for 3 years. This deposit can be made to USD, TRY or EURO accounts. Lockin period for the funds is 3 years.
