INVESTMENT OPTIONS
Option 1: MALTA EXCEPTIONAL INVESTOR NATURALIZATION (MEIN) IN 12 MONTHS
The first citizenship-by-investment option is to obtain residence in Malta for 12 months and pay €750,000. You will then need to buy residential real estate in Malta worth at least €700,000 or rent a residential property in Malta with an annual rent of at least €16,000.
In addition, you will have to pay the following due diligence fees:

Option 2: MALTA EXCEPTIONAL INVESTOR NATURALIZATION (MEIN) IN 36 MONTHS
- The second citizenship-by-investment option is to obtain residence in Malta for a period of 36 months and pay €600,000. Then you must purchase residential Maltese property worth at least €700,000 or rent residential real estate in Malta paying at least €16,000 a year.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
